I just turned 38 this year and since about the age of 30, I’ve started to notice some skin lesions appearing on my scalp. Initially, I thought they are some dark spots related to stress or bad nutrition. But during the years, the lesions started to multiply and I am getting quite worried.
They look like small barnacles hanging off the skin in small patches, covering the scalp, especially the top and around the forehead. Also, some of the lesions appear lumpy and have a slight dark coloration. Gradually, the color seems to darken with age and I am concerned, as some of them are becoming black and rough in texture.
My question is how to remove scalp seborrheic keratosis? Please advise me and give me tips or possible treatments that can stop or slow the disease. It’s starting to have an impact on my personal and professional life and it is becoming more and more difficult to hide the blemishes.
